Sport – Golf Fitness

Golf assessments and fitness programs support you in identifying and overcoming any physical restrictions that are limiting your sporting potential.

  • Golf assessments: postural screenings for golfers (amateur or professionals), including video analysis, specific exercises program to improve posture, stability, and improving rotational aspects of the swing.
     
  • Fitness programs: focus on stretching and/or strengthening muscles important for the golf swing (e.g. neck stabilizers, back and lower trapeze, lower abdominals, pelvic floor, inner leg, triceps and forearms).

Can be delivered individually or in groups, to adults or junior golfers, at the following location:

Special arrangements can be made for delivering Golf Fitness at other golf clubs across Europe.
