Now 6 months after beginning the golf fitness program, I am completely relieved of any back pain. I can hit golf balls every day without having to worry about my back and I am able to incorporate new swing moves into my golf swing that previously were impossible to perform due to the bad back. I am convinced that if I keep doing my specific exercises on a regular basis, I will be able to control and prevent any future injury to my back.

Golf is a sport and in any sport, the better the body, the more chance one has of performing well.
